One system, four layers — and a set of instruments you can pick up in any order.

 TNBC is not a feed to follow. It is a system to use. Everything published belongs to one of three layers, and the layers build on each other. The fourth layer is deliberately not TNBC's to build. 

TNBC Explainers build the foundation step by step, concept by concept: how power operates, how incentives shape behavior, how systems interact. Two modules — Explainers I for core concepts, Explainers II for advanced concepts and their interactions. Follow it as a structured course, or pick specific topics when an episode sends you there.

New to TNBC entirely? Don't Be Alice, the orientation trilogy, comes before everything — it shows why the world stopped making sense and what a structural read looks like.

 This is where the mechanics are wired into working tools. The TNBC Signal Framework is the method itself: a fixed procedure for moving from headline to structure. The TNBC Power Maps read position — where power sits between society and state, and between market and central authority. Every episode in every series runs on these instruments; learn them once and you can see them working everywhere. 

 TNBC Signals is live today, twice a week: one signal, one read — a single real-world development, traced to the structure beneath it, each episode linking back to the concepts it uses.

Two series join in September. TNBC Insights applies the full system to bigger questions — real-world developments explained end to end. TNBC History Rhymes sets historical cases side by side with today's world and asks: does history rhyme? Each of their episodes ships with a reference sheet that highlights the parts of the Signal Framework in play and points to the specific Explainers beneath it.

 There is no TNBC content in this layer, and that is the design. What to expect and what to think are conclusions, and conclusions are built by you, on top of the three layers below. TNBC builds the understanding — the conclusions are yours. 

 Three honest ways in, depending on what you want. If you want to understand this week, start with Signals and follow its links downward when a concept is new. If you want to build systematically, start with Explainers I and work up. If you want the method itself first, read the Signal Framework, then watch any Signal and see the procedure at work. There is no required order — the layers connect in both directions, and the Paths to Understanding page maps the entry points in more detail.
